Validated SR-TE solution with TD and VyOS

Vegvisir Systems and VyOS Networks have validated an SR-TE deployment that pairs Traffic Dictator with VyOS virtual routers.

Open SR-TE for flexible deployments

VyOS supports both SR-MPLS and SRv6 across commodity hardware, virtual environments, and public clouds. Traffic Dictator provides the SR-TE control plane, including constraint-based path computation, path diversity, ECMP, and anycast SID support.

The validated design uses open protocols such as BGP-LS and BGP-LU, giving network teams a flexible alternative for segment-routing traffic engineering.
